These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.kongruit.com (the "Site"), operated by Kongruit ("Kongruit", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern the website only. Paid services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement(s) of Work.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site except as permitted by us in writing;
• submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through any form.

2. Inquiries and submissions

Information you submit through the contact form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship; a client relationship begins only when we both sign a Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the Site (text, design, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright. "Kongruit" and our branding are trademarks we use to identify our business. You may view and print pages for your own informational, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site, or use our name or branding, without our prior written permission.

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute professional advice and may be changed at any time without notice.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kongruit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may modify these Terms or the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
